After I made that comment, Mr. Dudley approached me from the side and asked me for my identification. I asked Mr. Dudley why? Mr. Dudley responded by stating, “Give me your id!” I stated,” I am following your instruction and my identification is in my car.” He stated again, “Give me your identification.” At that time, another officer approached me from the passenger side of my car. He came towards me very swiftly. He grabbed my pants leg and forcefully thrust my body towards my car. I was being forcefully “man handled.” He then grabbed my arm and slammed my head on my rear window. The attack bruised my head and neck. This caused me to become a bit dizzy and disoriented. He and Mr. Dudley then begin to aggressively place hand cuffs on me. I ask Mr. Dudley, “Why am I being arrested?” He responds by stating, “disorderly conduct.” I stated, “This is against the law.” Mr. Dudley then stated, “I am the law!” He then placed me in the back of his vehicle. While sitting in the vehicle, he also stated, “I am giving you every charge that I possibly can.” He then proceeded to have his officers’ search and impound my car. I was then transported to the Fairfield police station. I was held overnight in a cold and desolate cell. I was booked and jailed for the remainder of the night.

The worst police EVER!!!

Somebody broke into my truck and stole my gun . I called ffpd to do a report. a nice friendly officer by the name of ofc. nebitt came out to do my report. I told him what happened. instead of him just doing the report like an avg. officer...he said" this is my beat'' don't nothing happened on my beat while i'm at work''.. He said I will find who stole your gun by the end of the week and return it to you.. I looked at him, laughed and said .. its no way. 2 days later ofc nebitt knocked on m door and handed me my gun.. I asked him how and why did he go out his way for me. He told "That what I do'', yes I could have just done a report ,but im not that cop..I like results fast and solving my own cases.."plus, like I said nothing happens on my beat without me finding out ..Thanks Ofc nebitt.. you really are a blessing.. I really wrote the gun off as a lost but I 'm just thankful on how you came to my house with a good heart and spirit , laughing, joking ,evening played with my 5yr son.. He is the perfect example of what this world need..This was the best treatment I ever received in my life from a officer.. Thanks again

Today I saw a Fairfield Officer not shoot a man that was armed and very dangerous. I am a K9 security contractor who was leaving the range and when he jumped out I did as well and he was aprehended unharmed. I was thanked and left. Stop complaining and help yourselves. That officer had everything it takes to be in the best police depts but he choose Fairfield and you owe all of those officers thanks.
